I discovered an Australian hairdresser by accident back in January in the ABC Serrano shopping center. I have fine hair and she did fine, though I only went in for a trim. Her parents are Spanish but she grew up in Australia. Not sure if she's still there as I don't tend to cut my hair very often, but it was on the second floor just above the party store. I'm sorry, but I don't remember the name of the salon, but I think her name was Jessica.

My wife just went to a place that was recommended by a mmer in an older post. The place is called Focus Salon which is on Calle La Palma 34. Alex is the main stylist and he speaks pretty good English. For a shampoo, cut and style the price was only 24 Euros. He did an excellent job and I will also be going there next week for a cut.

Coincidentally, my salon is ALSO located at c/ palma 34, but it´s "local 2", so just right next door. It´s called Le Coiffeur and the sylist is Juan. I think a haircut is about the same amount of money, he´s really groovy, and I think he speaks English really well (although I speak to him in Spanish). Anyway, just another recommendation!
I know a British hairdresser & make up artist called Alex who cuts, colours, extension, hair ups and weddings very good he·s ex vidal sassoon ex toni&guy use to be salon based in the barrio salamaca but he also works freelance on 661400701
