I was unsure whether to post this here or in the shopping but anyways, here goes. I've recently found an interest in North African cooking, in particular Tagines but am a bit confused as to where to buy authentic ingrediants. Does anyone here know of any shops in Madrid selling such things?

There are tons of places in Lavapies. One of the best that I have found is on the north side of Miguel Servet (toward the Embajadores end--close to a Greek restaurant). The place that we usually go is in La Latina on calle Calatrava (look for the Arabic writing--it used to be on the north side, but it moved to the south side--though there may be one on the north side, as well).
