hey vadingo. for the strobe light, there is a lighting pace at the beginiing of calle hortalez (or fuencarral) pretty close to gran vía. it is on your left as you walk up the street away from gran vía and they have all that jazz. sorry i don´t recall if it is on hortaleza or fuencarral but you can look on both as they are right next to each other. as for glow sticks, really no idea where to get them here. have you tried "fiestas paco" on calle toledo just before the la latina metro as you walk down from the plaza mayor. party supplies galore! on your right is the party supply shop and on the other side of the street is the candy shop called "caramelos paco". saludos, jer...

hey vadingo99, have not heard from you here in a while. have seen you at vball but not sure if you still check the board. anyway, i was on calle barquillo today for some audio cables and i saw a shop that has the same owners as the one i mentioned on calle hortaleza above. the stores carry strobe lights and the glow sticks you are looking for. they have both the thin long and shorter thick break glow sticks. they have tubes of 50 of the long thin glow lights in orange, yellow, violet and blue for 15 euros, a price i thought was pretty low. the stores are... - "iluminacion espectacular" calle barquillo, 19 tel. 915312064. - "ovalamp" calle hortaleza, 56 tel. 915229753/915221983 hope that helps. saludos, jer...

Yeah, plus we found this great IROC, where to stick your strobe, and perhaps even a couple of black lights under it.
