Just wondering if anyone has ever returned non functioning electronics devices? We bought a DVR love it but now having problems, we've had it less than a month but not sure if I can exchange it or send it back for repairs.

thanks Rob

In Spain, by law you have 30 days to bring things back to the store for a refund. Ikea´s really good about refunds and exchanges, at least the one in Asturias is... I think it´s the only way they can keep anything in stock!
