Hey people---

Anyone know where there are some decent snowboard/ski shops in Madrid? But shops that sell the equipment not just the clothing?

Cheers...

Hey SimonC, try taking a walk down the main RASTRO street. There are quite a few ski/snowboard shops on both sides of that street that sell boards, boots, etc... as well as clothes.
CLICK HERE FOR CALLE "RIBERA DE CURTIDORES"

I have not yet priced out ski equip. here in Spain but will be doing so this wenter.

I am sure there are tons of other places as well but have yet to takae a good look around.

Saludos,
jer...

Cheers, I will check it out soon. Not sure if I will be able to make that weekend as I am waiting for my brother to bring my snowboard as i didnt have enough space in cargo to bring it over here with me.

However I will be going there soon after. I love boarding and do it all the time thats possible. Sierra Nevada is a good place to go, but if you dont want the travelling, then go to the Madrid Mountains and take a day out during the week as its not busy!
