Probably the Cathedral gift shop, just like here. I loaded down with goodies when I visited the Catedral in Santiago, in fact they had two gift shops, one near the entrance and one near Platerias street, but I digress, I am sure that you will find plenty of religious icons in Toledo, and the Catedral de Toledo/ Toledo cathedral does have a gift shop, also in nearby Santa Isabel street which borders with the cathedral there are many small shops selling religious icons, rosaries, crucifixes, etc.
