Heading to Barcelona in a week and would like to team up with anyone who will be exploring its nightlife during the same period (September 17-21). Its my first time there but I only heard lovely words about the city. I'm still looking for a not-so-expensive place to stay, but it'll probably be in the centre. If you will be there, even meeting for a coffee or a beer would be nice. ciao.

Ola,

If you want to meet people and are looking for accomadation in the centre, i have the perfect place for you! Its a youth hostel called 'Kabul' apprently its in the top 10 hostels in Europe. You will most diffently make friends. They have a terrace where everyone starts their evening drinking cheap beers and a common area where people from all othere the world. I met loads of people from us, belgium, sum aussies and more!!If your interseted let us know and ill dig out the address!

... and by the way, I saw your city as Watford, UK and believe it or not, I went clubbing there last month even though I live in Brussels. Of course I did not go there for just that, but I have some work to do in Brooklands. Anyway, some pretty nice night life there.

Oooo what did you think? Night life is diffently lively...you couldnt reallly ask for more pubs and clubs in one high st! I like watford but in many ways its a bit of dump...did you notice that? hehe
Yeh theres no reason you cant. We made friends with this American guy and he joined us for a drink no questions asked. They dont check your staying there at any time...if you just look like you belong..! Big Grin

Watford was ok, but only knowing that it will be one evening in a life time. Let us just say that I enjoyed my evening and neither cared nor was sober enough to evaluate the merits (or lack of them) of the town.
Will definitely check out Kabul. All hotels are very full and yesterday I booked myself in a hotel called FORNOSat Rambla 44. Ever heard of it?

Yup, majority of the people out in town are normally completely wasted! Afraid i havent, i know only one other hostel in the Rambla, which is good. If your staying on the rambla though you cant really go wrong..! Plus your walking distance from the harbour where there are loadsa bars and clubs...warning...free entry but BEWARE of some of the drink prices!! Got tricked into paying 9 euros for 2 cokes! Im sure you'll ave an excellent trip...! Wink
P.s not heading over to Madrid soon then..?

Ha, i very much wish! I would love to go back to Barcelona, i am very jealous of you! there was alot there i dont think i managed to see! U must keep me posted on what you think of Kabul etc!
My mums in Barcelona next week, maybe if i nick her ticket!! umm need a cunnin plan! hehe
