Uh oh! My running shoes have black soles! Not sure if they will mark the floor. Hopefully not... Oh well I will try to show up and if they turn me away for playing I will entertain myself by watching you guys  (Too bad I left all my soccer gear at home... if this turns out to be a regular thing I will surely send for it!) |

Right the pitch has been booked for 2pm on Sunday until 3pm. Polideportivo de Vallecas, Calle Payaso Fofo, Metro Portazgo, Line 1, next to the Rayo Vallecano stadium. Trainers/Sneakers/Running shoes are fine, it's a plastic surface not wooden so anything other than quasi-football boots (which our Italian guy has been wearing) is fine. Fabrizio, just a bit of banter, My father is Italian and I lived in Milano, so I can be excused for the remark!!  Jer, Looks like Saturday will be a no-go at the Vallecas sport centre as they are booked up quite far in advance, so it will have to be Sunday's unless anyone knows of a Polideportivo with availability on Saturdays. Hope to see some of you Sunday, we currently have 8 people confirmed, so there is room for at least 8 more. :cheers:

hey emmabear21, i asked EnglishPilot last night and he said the original 1-2pm slot they wanted was taken so tomorrow (sunday, nov. 14) they have the pitch from 2-3pm. he will post on the time for future football sala before each weeks game. saludos, jer...

hey Matthew, they are actually only 8 confirmed (last i knew) for the indoor tomorrow. i can't go since i am playing at 4 at the retiro and need to eat sometime. as stated above by EnglishPilot, they have reserved the pitch and will be there tomorrow so you should do the same if you want to play. saludos, jer...

Hey Shinmeister, Good runabout yesterday and we had 10 players, so 5-a-side, which was good. We will be playing regulary, every Sunday. Next Sunday's match is booked and confirmed for 2pm, same place, Polideportivo Vallecas, Metro Portazgo (Line 1), Calle Payaso Fofo and then beers and tapas afterwards :cheers:
