Sorry guys, no football Sala this weekend, a few of us who normally play are playing in a league match at the same time on Sunday and I haven't been able to find a Football Sala pitch with any availability for Saturday. However there will definately be a game next weekend (Sunday 23rd) 2pm, Polideportivo Vallecas, Calle Payaso Fofo, Portazgo Metro Line 1 See you then hopefully. Cheers :cheers:

the 1� a person works out for the outdoor court not the pabellon and of course we're not 30 people when we play. if you're getting quite a high turn out every week then a pabellon is really the only alternative size-wise and I think you're getting it for a good price at the moment.

Football Sala is definately booked for this Sunday, 23rd Jan. Same time (2pm) Same place (polideportivo Vallecas) Going to try and keep the numbers down to a maximum of 16 people, 8-a-side, anymore than that and it get's a bit crowded in there! Wednesday Night Game? We have booked a pitch in Embajadores for this Wednesday between 8pm and 10pm if anyone would like to play. It's an outdoor pitch (asphalt surface I think) with lights and it's free!!! The address is Centro Comunitario Casino de la Reina, Calle de la Reina con Calle de Embajadores. Hopefully see some of you there on Wednesday night. Also Football Sala will now be on Saturdays at 1 or 2pm depending on availability of the pitch, I need to try and find a Pabellon with availability for this Saturday, as soon as I have booked the pitch I will post the details here. :cheers:

You big girls blouse Jer! It's not that cold, I used to live in Prague where it regularly went below -20C, now that's cold! I thought you New Yorkers were made of sterner stuff! :jeje: Anyway slight mistake with the address for tonight, it's on the corner of Calle del Casino with Calle Embajadores not far from Glorieta del Embajadores, starting at 8pm. If I can't book a pabellon for Saturday, then the match on Saturday will probably in the same place, but I will post tomorrow to confirm. Cheers :cheers:

Just to clarify on the football tomorrow, it is at the outdoor venue in Embajadores NOT the Polideportivo in Vallecas where we used to play. The address is: Centro Communitario Casino de la Reina, it's on the corner of Calle del Casino with Calle Embajadores not far from Glorieta del Embajadores. Nearest metros are: Embajadores (Line 3), Tirso de Molina (line 1), La Latina (line 5). The pitch is a fairly new pitch, asphalt surface. It is free as it is a community centre which is great. We have reserved the pitch every Wednesday from 8pm - 10pm and every Saturday from 2pm - 4pm. The games will be Football Sala style, i.e. played with a football Sala ball and a maximum of 7-a-side. As we have 2 hour sessions, there should be no problem rotating teams or having substitutes if we get plenty of people coming along. Look forward to seeing you there. :cheers:
