hey, this is the "carnaval" sponsored by movistar and it will begin at 7pm at plaza castilla and march down to nuevos ministerios. he will be singing and dancing on a series of trucks.
it will happen in a handful of spanish cities on different dates, madrid, barcelona, bilbao, valencia and sevilla.
less of a concert and more of a parade with live music.
they did this in barcelona way back and made a movistar commercial of it.
pretty HUGE crowds come out for this and it looks likke a blast but get there early or you will not be able to get close.
