For those of you who didnt read my Fancyabrew campaign, my quest was to meet with over 2000 complete strangers and have a brew with them.
To put it bluntly my quest failed, but i was suprised at the interest and I also learnt that meeting complete strangers is not as strange as it seems.
For a start I had invitations to events, parties, lunch and made some great new friends. I also found out that by officially becoming a Brewster I performed better in bed, i was physically stronger and my chances of winning the lottery increased by 200%
*(Parts of the above may not be true)
So today I invite you all to become official Brewsters and together we can live in Brewtopia, the rules are simple:
*Arrange to have a brew with a stranger *Take a photo of yourself and the stranger for proof *send me the photo via e-mail or post and also feel free to tell us about the meet and how it has changed your life.
If you manage to do the above you will become an official Brewster, I aim to have 1000 Bresters in the Brewtopia movement, so i need your help.
Please spread the word about the Power of the Brew, meet strangers for brews and encourage others to do the same.

I dont know what it is about this site, I spend 3 months working hard and sensibly on a logical pro website, and then i visit multimadrid and 10 mins later I have another wacky idea.
After being called a madman from Jer it is fair to say my pride took a beating. I went to sleep that night asking myself "am i nuts?" "could Brewtopia really work?
I woke up today to find that i shouldnt of doubted the power of the brew. A recent scientific survey shows that fancyabrew.net is officially one of the coolest ideas on the internet.*
*Scientific survey = some guy called Steve likes it.

Now its official that I am not mad, I think you should all help me by arranging to meet a stranger from multimadrid for a brew and then sending me the photo & story for proof.
You cant say no to science!
JER - as a punishment for being wrong about my madness, I think you should take up the challenge and be the first to send in a photo of your mission.
For the record I should add that Jer DIDNT officially call me mad. He actually said

I am meeting with Jenny tommorow, she is moving back to Majorca and leaving Madrid for the near future. Tommorow will be a tearful brew but Jenny says she will do my bidding whilst she is in Majorca and will help spread word about the power of the brew.

Exact number is a shocking 4 but this is why i have re done the website and opened it up to EVERYONE not just myself.
Partly because I dont have the time to do 2000 on my own, and partly because it is only fair that everyone gets to join in.
The new campaign started on Saturday and although I feel bad for failing my previous campaign I believe I can do this one. I got the ball rolling yesterday. Now i need more people to give it a go and post their photos.
My first plan was for MYSELF to meet the 2000 people, I couldnt have timed it worse as i was hit by major work demands and we also decided we were going to move house and have been preparing to do that.
I hold my hands up though, I failed the first challenge, but although this uses the same domain name it is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. This is not soley about me, it will succeed or fail depending on how many people get involved. The challenge is for 2000 strangers to meet, but I personally dont have to meet any.
