Hi gonchal! On behalf of jer and the rest of the multimadrid crew, WELCOME!
We are all friendly here and many of us are friends, either personally or virtually. Those of us who live here in Spain, do so for a variety of reasons. Some of us are here for the "long haul" while others are passing through studying or traveling... We try to get together and do things regularly like play volleyball, have barbecues, go skiing, go clubbing, dining out on tapas...you suggest it, and most likely you will find someone who will do it with you! (within reason!! :b: ). Some of us speak excellent English and OK Spanish...some of us speak OK English and excellent Spanish and some of us are bilingual...so, dont worry about your level of English. I am certain we can all learn something from you!
I see that you work in television...I used to work in TV in the States. There is a new mm board member, Paul Berry, who worked in TV in the UK and has recently moved to Madrid and is trying to get into the industry here. Maybe you can echarle una mano. Read his recent post by

Saluditos,
Chica
P.S. The ages of the mm board members really vary. However those of us who get together regularly here in Madrid fall between the ages of 25-40. Hope to meet you one of these days!
