OK, the Pimpernel of Muffindom has only just got home after a long and gruelling day behind the lens, so sorry folks for not posting sooner. According to Salsera, the club at 41 c/ Serrano is �10 on the door and she suggests arriving no later than midnight. As to the venue where we all meet earlier, I need advice from some of you true locals. If we said meet up 8.30/9pm somewhere then those who need to be responsible adults can slink away early leaving the reprobates to their fates. Somewhere near Sol? Or c/ Hortaleza? Help me out here, I don't know enough bars of ill repute (that seat more than two) to suggest one anyone else will know! Jer, Pim, Serge... anybody? The muffin still has his training wheels on when it comes to bar-hopping, so any sensible suggestion gratefully accepted.
Hope people have a chance to check back before tomorrow, but if they don't I guess it'll be January!

Well, I had guessed that there would be a cover at that Serrano Salsa joint but never imagined it would be 10� (seems to be the magic # for you huh Mufino) and on a Tuesday night
This may be fine for the independently wealthy peeps of leisure but there are soooo many places that do not charge and I personally refuse to pay 10� (or 5� for that matter) to get into a bar on a Tuesday night.
That said, I suggest the following.
� Meet-up at the Jer&Ena Plaza Pad at 8:30. � Take it from there!!!
If this is ok with the party boy, post here Adrian and we can make it a defininte. Just in case so I do not have to post my home address publicly , I will say that I live in the Plaza Mayor and that anyone wanting to come tonight should mosey on over to the Plaza Mayor around 8:00-8:15pm and then call me on either:

I will guide you in from there and give you my address.
Those of you who have been over to my place and already know how to arrive, no need to call, just buzz downstairs and I will let you in.
You should all be safely at my place by 8:30pm and I assume we will leave for whatever venue at 9:00. If you are later than 9:00pm you can try calling my cell phone (656 266 844) to see where we are. I will answer or not depending on the cell coverage and/or noise level at the bar/restaurant.
Hey Jer and co - sorry for the lame planning, but MY pad has none of the allure and sparkle of the JerLair(TM), and I am currently soooooooo gainfully employed that at 1.20am I AM WORKING!! and still am!! By the way, I forget to say the door charge includes a copa (�12 gets you in + 2). I think most salsa joints charge because salseros tend to be too busy dancing to drink, so they have to make some money somehow, a concept with which I would have thought ol' snakehips Jer would be familiar

I�m up in the air... La ni�a was very sick this AM but is starting to get better. Her mom leaves for Africa tonight at 1130 and I still have to ask her cause they�re napping together. So... I�ll probably call Jer sometime around 7 (god willing that they�re up!) with a yes or no. She�ll most likely say yes but you never know... it�s been a long day over here.
Sorry that I�m lame on chiming in. Sounds like some people won�t be coming to Serrano 41, but I wanted to let you know that I�ll be there rain or shine! You can meet me outside at 12 or inside until it�s me and the dj! Adrian, I hope you can still make it!
