Some time ago, I started on a program of visiting all museums in Madrid at least once, otherwise, living here, one tends to keep putting it off.

Sunday mornings or Wednesdays tend to be times at which theyre free (though some are never free, such as the Natural Sciences and the Thyssen).

As I only have a few left, I thought there might be others whod like to come. So, this Sunday (Sep 19), Im going to the Museum of Ethnography and Anthropology.

Its open 10-14 on Sundays and will be free.

Corner of Alfonso XII and Paseo Infanta Isabel, metro Atocha Renfe, you cant miss it.

Meet at the entrance at noon if interested.
Could go for coffee afterwards. Stephen

If youd like to go to the Museo Africano this weekend (Sun 7th), let me know. The only way to go (except in an organized group) is on the guided tour, Sundays at 1130. I presume its only in Spanish, but forgot to ask.

This is a museum of sub-saharan Africa. Not been there, but the leaflet looks interesting.
Theres no charge, though as its run by an order of missionaries, they may ask for a contribution.

Address: C/Arturo Soria, 101 (corner of C/Emilio Vargas). Metro Arturo Soria is about 5 mins walk away. If youre interested in meeting to go, send me a PM or email, Ill send you my phone number. Stephen
