Louise,
Usually it's at least a big bus full of people so it's a group of between 40 - 55. Sometimes I've informally taken Midd students along (group of American kids) but as a rule you find a variety of ages and levels so you can always find some one to ski with. It seems most people are 30's and up though. I'm in my mid 30's myself and I've always enjoyed these trips and felt great with them. The organizers are real professionals (on skis, teaching and when it comes to managing the group as well), they're also between late 20's and early 40's. Hope you enjoy skiing with them!
Jer, we're still not at our new home but hopefully will be there within the next two weeks, I can't wait. Here you can check our location and see a picture of the facade of the building: http://www.middlebury.edu/~msa/spain/prim_map.htm
See you around,
Lena
