Hi all. Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and drinks at Maceida last night. I hope the rest of the night went well for everyone.
If you can't wait till the next mm get-together, you are more than welcome to join in a bit of a gathering that my girlfriend and I are organizing for Thursday the 7th of July. We belong to a number of internet-based hospitality exchange groups, and on the 7th of July, many of the Madrid members of these groups will be throwing down a beer or two in a pub called The Quiet Man, c/Valverde 44, near c/Fuencarral. The closest Metros are TRIBUNAL and GRAN VIA.
The last time we got together, there was twenty-five of us, but this time we expect more. That's why the chosen venue; The Quiet Man is big and spacious, but never very busy.
