Hey all,
Seems like some folks haven't seen the thread on which the upcoming gathering is posted, while others have confirmed with me. Sooo, thought I'd put it up front in people's minds.
Time to meet the new folks and hear about everyone's (particularly Jer and Ena) amazing summer vacations and show off pictures and what's left of the tan! Come on over, there's food and drink and tables and sofas and chillout music for all...

If you're wondering, this place has a very different ambience than the restaurant where we'll be doing the "Despedido de Buen Amigo" (yeah I made that up, does it work?) for Shawn, and both offer the best of what Madrid has to offer. Don't miss either one!
The level of cigarette smoke at the last mm related bash (Nava's birthday, which was also at Los Angeles) was almost intolerable for some of us non-smokers. Now I know that a good number of the smokers at Nava's b-day were her non mm friends but there were a large numbers of mms there smoking at the table as well.
Can we please take our smoke breaks outside in deference to those who don't smoke or wait until after the meal?
It would be greatly appreciated.

ryan, i think it is TOTALLY awesome that you found a place to live and you got the news just last night at the get together, talk about good vibes!!! told you you needed to come last night and on the eve of your "expulsion" from your hostal and just 3 days from the start of classes to boot
i second jer´s thread- great to meet everyone that i´ve been talking to on here, and new peole as well! looking forward to more great events in the past.
