Two suggestions... 1) Go around all the Irish Pubs. They seem to advertise in In-Madrid for staff also, so pick up that mag and look in the classifieds. 2) Look around bars for signs that state "se necesita camerero/A" I've seen some in the Lista/Diego de Leon parts of Salamanca, so there are vacancies around.
