OK, not holding out much hope, but maybe you can surprise me. I have just finished 17 months of travelling and I hope to be moving to Madrid in August. For the previous six years, I was working in the music industry in London and I am seeking similar employment in Madrid. Music Publishing is my speciality (Copyright and Royalties). I have friends and contacts in London, who have put me in touch with people at all the majors (EMI, Warner's, Sony, Universal, BMG etc), but with the state of the market at the moment, it's all a bit slow. Does anyone know of any smaller independent Music Publishers in Madrid and any contact details? I will consider temporary contracts and part-time work, to help me get started in Spain. Thanks for your time, and hopefully, your help. Axemanrich

Yes I speak Spanish. I did 1 year at night school in England and 3 months one-on-one, 4 hours a day in Guatemala. I also lived with a family for 2 months and travelled through Central America for 8 months. So I have a rare mix of vocab and local phrases, but it's OK!
