hey all....
i need to hire a web designer to whip up two sites of mine.

i am talking very very simple stuff. i have to be able to manage it once it is designed. i need to be able to tweak it easily using a program like contribute.

one will be four or five pages with a contact/registration sheet.

the other will be a bit more with lots of links.

i can discuss it more in detail with anyone interested.

i want to get this done over the xmas holidays.

also, i'd like whomever does this to work with me directly and answer my questions about sites in general. including how to get ranked on google, how to advertise on google, etc.

obviously i don't have a lot of money, but i think what i need is not that time intensive.
