hi Fernando, thanks for posting this job offer on my board.

one VERY important question...

DO APPLICANTS NEED TO BE EU CITIZENS or CAN ANYONE APPLY?

in other words, are you willing to sponsor the right non-european?

saludos,
jer...

This sounds extremely exciting does it matter whether it is a male or female in whom you are interested? How soon do you need the person?

More importantly, what kind of salary and contract will you provide for the position?

Dear all,

Non-EU citizens are wellcome (I suppose this will suppose a legal burden, but it is ok).
Saying this could bring me to a delicate arena, but we prefer women (only because of the telephone smile!). The candidate has to have also excelent "marketing style" writing skills, and a generous heart (!).
Salary is low. We are a "post-bubble" start up, and my salary as Marketing Director is ridiculous, but we are really good at what we are doing (a product/service unique in Europe, and little competition in the States, but market growing as predicted by all the analists). So the possibilities of growth are huge. That's the only thing I can tell you, at the moment. Contract is a right, legal, normal Spanish contract (I don't know exactly the name, but it is not, "work at home, and we will see"). We have real offices, in the best center of Madrid. And we want you to work here, and legally, of course.

Thanks for your interest.

Fernando.

Hey Fernando,

I noticed you guys are also at the start-up stage.

Would you guys be interested in sharing part of the office? I am starting to have the need of an office, Basically I am looking to have access to a desk, a shared meeting room, and personalized answering of the phone. I am currently near Serrano and Diego de Leon, and would be looking for something around that area.

Thanks,

Fabrizio
