i am an indian citizen with residence permit in UK who have applied for a tourist visa on 24th June. Me and my boyfriend wants to visit spain for my BF;s bday. As he is a British citizen who doesnt require a visa to enter Spain. i followed the spanish consulate website and applied for my visa appointment in April and I got the aapointment for 24th June. At the time of the appointment the visa officer said that they need upto 2 weeks from the date of travel to issue my visa. However if i still wanted to continue with my application he will take all the documents but he said its about 10-20% chances that I will have my visa ready by then. I provided all the documents they needed. We have booked the flight tickets and the hotel so much in advance. Can anybody suggest me if I would get the visa by 3rd July which is the may be collection date?
