hey Chad.
I had a look at the europass spanish sample and it looks odd to me. can't put my finger on it since it has been ages since i stopped using a c.v.
maybe someone else with more experience can pop in here and advise. i think a spaniard would be best suited to advise on a spanish c.v. but am sure there are also a lot of ex-pats here that also have a good grasp of what is required.
the spanish sample is
HERE in .pdf format.
i do know that one important thing is missing from the top left hand corner, an id size photo of the person.
yes, in spain a photo (the size of a drivers license pic in u.s.a.) is required on a c.v. there has been a lot of controversy over this but as far as i know, emplyers still want it.
you can either print the c.v. with the phoyo file already in it or you can print the c.v. and then attach a photo to the upper left hand corner with a paperclip or staple.

And, perhaps this is a silly question, should my CV be in English when applying for English teaching positions? I'm assuming so.
i used to provide both the english and spanish version when applying for teaching positions but now that i think of it, not sure what is the norm.
