So I went on to the Agencia Tributaria website today to try to request my borrador de la declaración de la renta, and after entering my data it said I didn´t exist as a contribuyente. But I certainly am contributing, and every month have the fiscal retentions taken out of my nomina.
So I called the Agencia Tributaria and they said I had to darme de alta como contribuyente. I have to go to Hacienda and fill in a paper and then I guess after that I can get my borrador.
Has this happened to anyone before? Does this make any sense? Is this legal? Ack!
