I married with British man who live in Spain for 3 years.I got residence card now it expired on 22 April 2008.I try to renew it but they didn't accept my marriage certificate which I register in my country.(not EU)
Can you advise me please.

You need to request a copy of your marriage certificate with an apostille (apostilla). The government of your country will be able to provide this (ask your consulate how to get this done). Without an apostille, documents issued by foreign governments or institutions (birth certificates, marriage certificates, criminal records, university records, etc.) are not official.
