I guess schools here assume that when they employ a teacher, that person will be working just at their school, but I suppose that you are free to be working at several schools at the same time if you have -and the post leaves you- enough time.

If you have EU citizenship then you can combine a nicer fuller schedule at one school / academy and take on the odd private student here and there. If you do not have EU citizenship then it is almost expected for you to mix a combination of academies, schools, private lessons, and whatever else it takes to put together a good schedule. So it is only expected for you you be exclusive to one school if you are sposered by them or if you are an EU citizen with a mutually exclusive contract with them giving you enough money to live off of by only working for them.
