I have lived in Valencia for a year teaching English. I loved it but would like to start looking for a different job, whether it be translating, working in a company, etc. I don't even know where to begin. I have the CV, I have it in Spanish and English, but how and where do I begin? I have a Masters degree and feel I am qualified to work a different job. Roll Eyes Anyone have any suggestions for an American looking for work in Valencia?

Hi Kate,

Try inserting your CV in www.infojobs.net, and applying to their service which allows you to receive regularly via e-mail every offer in their database that suits the characteristics of what you're looking for, then with just a few clicks start applying to the ones that interest you.

Good luck!

Hi Kate. You might also check out the job section in segundamano which you can buy at a kiosko or check online and then call their expensive 906 number.

Hope that helps.
