Yeah, I do agree that customer service is important, however, Doc., you are in the tourism business no? Then why do you not promote the Spanish way of life as is or as is perceived?
Being able to shop until 10 pm is part of the attraction of Spain, along with siestas usw. When I was last in Ibiza, I got the line sorry, children only allowed if eating etc., yawn. Then after midnight could hear a pin drop in Santa Eulalia, trying to maintain their upmarket family image.
We come to Spain, not to experience little England, but something different from our culture. Try plz to uphold the Spanish way of life as much as is possible in these unfortunate days of colonisation by the English.
