Just cruising along on the Web, I ran across a charming anti-bullfighting site associated with PETA. The video is worth a look.
http://www.encierrohumano.com/ One of my favorite shops featuring San Fermin "stuff" (red bandannas with bulls chasing people, etc., tee shirts) is kukuxumusu, which I understand is Euskera(Basque) for "the kiss of the flea".
MADRID TIENDA OFICIAL KUKUXUMUSU Madrid - C/ Mayor C/ Mayor, 47 Tel: 915 489 025
Any multimadridians running this year? I'm thinking most of you would prefer the mega-party part and skip the "thrill". Whaddaya say?

I think attention is all they want! I was in Barcelona last week I saw nude protests TWICE in a week. Two girls walking through the dodgy part of La Raval and then two men the next day on Las Ramblas.
There was also a naked bike riding protest in early June in various cities in Spain (sorry if that has already been mentioned on these pages, I've only been able to check intermittently). It was a part of this group: http://www.worldnakedbikeride.org/. The Spanish arm (which was the original one) can be found here: http://www.ciclonudista.net/inicio_en.htm
By the way, I was at San Fermin. Do you want to see the pictures? Ok, here you go:
Biking naked??? Are they nuts? Or, dare I say, have they? My rear gets plenty sore riding clothed! I'm looking for sheepskin slipcovers for my already gelled seat.
Saw the photos. What a splendid site you've got there "Cervantes". About.com has a great presence on the Web.
