hey offshegoes. i have it on good word that the lights will turn on the 24th (nov.). not sure of the exact time but should be at dusk, probably a bit after at 8pm. saludos, jer...

I hope that the Christmas lights are shining and that the PIG TAILS  are swirling in the midnight air. I saw them put some up before I left and I think that they should look pretty good at night when lit up. I am talking about the lights at the Cibeles area. Shawn
