I am not clear on why you are registering when all you need to do is pay into my account, not open one for yourself.
Pay Pal can be used for people to send money to anyone who has an account but the person sending the money DOES NOT need to register nor be a member (unless outside of the U.S.A.).
Just tried again and no luck. For some reason the system keeps insisting I go thru the new time user sign up portion that you said to avoid. Unless you have any other suggestions Jer, please email me directly with an address and I'll send you cash. At this frustrating point I trust the mails out of sheer desperation!

Yes, E-Bay did buy Pay Pal but it is not likely that they will make one open an account just to pay, that would defeat the entire purpose and ease of usage (except for in the case of Puna ) of the system. They would lose millions of customers if they did that.
I hope they do not make you open an account or my cell phone biz is gonna go down the tubes since 99% of my renters use that system to pay me

In fact, I have received payments from non-Pay Pal customers just this week so it would seem one does not have to open an account.
Will have to look into this some more as ya never know.
