One of the few (very few) disadvantages of working for myself and at home is that nobody gives me an AWESOME BASKET at the holiday times but I think ena will share, especially since I lugged the 50+ pound thing up the stairs to our apt.
Can massive amounts of Queso, Jam�n, Chorizo, Vino, etc... cure a hiatal hernia ? I will let you know
That is a pretty impressive basket I have to say! Mine was about the same size, but filled with only three things:
1) a bottle of gormet olive oil
2) an whole lomo (I'm used to it in Spanish and haven't translated it before. The dictionary calls it 'pork loin'? It's a pretty common Iberian 'Tapa') &
3) an entire, good quality cured ham or 'pata negra' (black hoof).
Needless to say, we're going to be enjoying 'surtidos ibericos' at our home during the holidays! :cheers: - to all!
