We are spending a (sadly) short time in Aranda de Duero in August. We are there for one evening/night only, to break our journey back to Madrid from the North coast.
Has any one anything they think we should not miss? Any recommendations for eating out cheaply (we are a family of 2 adults and 3 children).
We are staying at Hotel Tres Condes (at big cost ) if anyone knows anything about this hotel? How to get to it, what might be within walking distance, etc etc . . .
Any special wine to get to grips with?
Thanks.

Jo-Anne, don't know if you have tried, but I typed in this location and did a search of the web, several sites came up, all in Spanish, but you can get the gist and there is some useful info. Also Burgos, is listed on a few sites and are in English. Aranda has some really lovely historical sites and churchs, parks ect. It is also a major commercial area, home to SmithGlaxoKline, Leche the producer of all Spanish milk and one other I can't remember now. Sue.
I love spain
