Hi all,

I posted a while back about the North American Language and Culture Assistants program. Well, I've been accepted to Castilla-La Mancha. Noe, I know that this isn't Madrid, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas/suggestions/opinions about the area? I've been to Toledo and liked it a lot, but there are other towns that I don't know much about, like Cuenca, Guadalajara, Albacete, and Ciudad Real which are fairly large areas within the Community. So if anyone has anything to say about any of the cities I have mentioned or other areas in Castilla-La Mancha feel free to tell me about it.

Thanks,

Kevin

The Cuenca area (and city) is marvellous. Be careful at weekends as it tends to be overrun by Madrileño tourists
