A guy called Ilan Stavans has just written a book sobre la evoluci�n del espangl�s. In an appendix, there�s something which may seem familiar. It starts like this:

En un placete de La Mancha of which nombre no quiero remembrearme, viv�a, not so long ago, uno de esos gentlemen who always tienen una lanza in the rack, una buckler antigua, un skinny caballo y un grayhound para el chase.
