I've just discovered a useful option on the Google toolbar. You can set the language option so that the word on the screen your cursor is hovering over, is automatically translated into the language of your choice. Obviously you have to be a little careful with automatic translations, and it won't work for all elements on a web page, but it's pretty amazing all the same. Could be a very good way to build vocabulary?
