I need to provide a certified translation of my Marriage Certificate in order to get my residency permit. Does anyone know of where this can done? I called the Canadian embassy and they didn’t know of anyone, I called the British Embassy and couldn’t get through to a live person (almost died at the cost of issuing a new passport 100 pounds ouch)

I’m sure someone has done this before.

Thanks Rob

Rob.

not sure why you would not do a search SEARCH search here on the board first roll eyes

a simple search for "translations" would have gotten you a lot of good results.

Blanca Calvo has been highly recommended on the following 2 threads...

If that doesn't pan out, the US embassy has a list of official translators. I used one for just what you are talking about and it worked out fine.
