I'm trying to translate a recipe for caldo gallego for someone here in Holland, but I can't find the translation for 'manojo de grelos'.

Can any of you help me perhaps?

"Los grelos son los brotes tiernos de las hojas del nabo que aparecen en la planta justo antes de su floracin...."

I'm afraid they're a typical Galician food, quite hard to find marketed in the rest of the country, let alone outside it!

Good luck!

Thanks all, it's indeed dificult to get. Although 'nabo' isn't hard to find here in the Netherlands, it just doesn't have any leaves left in the shop.

Maybe if you can find a "farm shop" you could get the nabos with the leaves on? Or if you see a field of them, you could perhaps steal them Eeker
