Hi ben, welcome to the board. Most language schools here offer courses that start either every Monday of the month or at least twice a month. If you really want to progress in those 6 weeks and money is not a problem, I would recommend you take a private course. I think one of the COURSES AT =elemadrid= would be great for you. They are one of the most dedicated and effective Spanish schools in Madrid. Visit them at www.elemadrid.com  I have also heard good things about... � www.donquijote.com� www.formulasi.com ... and there is also a website at www.aeeem.com with some of the best Spanish lang. schools in Madrid, have a look.
