I'm looking for volunteers wanting to do an oral interview in Spanish. It's an Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) as established by ACTFL (www.actfl.org) It only takes between 15 - 30 minutes and it's basically an informal conversation. I am in the process of re-certifying as an OPI Tester and at my institution here in Madrid it's very hard to find beginners and I need to have several novice level samples to present in my portfolio of interviews. So I'll interview people at all levels but I'm particularly interested in beginners with very little Spanish, even if you only know the numbers and the colors, I'll still interview you and love you for it.
You will obtain and Advisory Rating stating your level (not an official ACTFL rating, although if you're interested I can give you more info about it and how to obtain one) and I'll be happy to buy you a drink or two during or after the interview if we do it face to face here in Madrid at J&J Books. :cheers:
