hey marcela. pixelized = "pixelado" (gerund) could also say "la foto se pixeló" = the photo pixelized from "pixelarse". according to the real academia española, "pixelarse" does not exist as a word but they are a bunch of fogies anyway  they do list "píxel"... quote: píxel.

of course i assume you are refering to a filter or state of a digital photograph or image. saludos, jer...
