Jerito and Candelita!!!

I've got news for you! I have become a 'tortillera' only a couple of days ago!!! Big Grin Eeker

Ever since, by mere coincidence, I've discovered the secret to make perfect tortillas every time ....it's so simple that I can't imagine why I haven't thought of using this method for 32 years, and I can't believe my mum and at least half of Spain doesn't either....(Anyone curious?) Wink Red Face

En la barbacoa....os vais a *****! :jeje:

Yes PIM, please share!!

My tortillas come out pretty decently without using any special tricks or pans (those double sided tortilla pans crack me up!)...

However, there is always room for improvement. So, please let us in on the secret!

With Pims tortilla recipe and my tea recipe youre well sorted unless you were thinking of eating other things too.

Also expensive (and more on-topic!): shampoo, even in Lidl (rock-bottom discount store).

Aside from voltage with some electronics is the old PAL vs. NTSC issue. A VCR and TV from the states won't work here. Tapes brought from the US can be easily played in a lot of new VCRs in Europe that have NTSC playback, though. As for bringing DVDs there is the problem of region codes - ones from the US won't play in a standalone DVD player purchased in Europe, unless you shell out some cash for a regionless player. Or hack your computers DVD player to free the region code.

Being from the south I can't seem to find two of my favorites in Sevilla - a decent bbq sauce in or hot dog chili!
