I am moving to Salamanca this September and wanted some advice on Winters there. I have lived in Seattle the last few years, so it can't be any worse...right? Anyone lived/visited Salamanca in the winter?

Thanks!

Liz

Hi Liz. I lived in Salamanca from September to June. Winters there are probably colder than what you are used to in Seattle, although I can't be sure - never lived there. It was a bit warmer than midwestern winters, to which I was accustomed, but pretty cold nonetheless. You will need a winter coat, but not a huge parka and all the accessories. If I remember correctly it seemed to run around 25-40 degrees farenheit.
