OK, I finally gave up trying to figure which spent receptable I stuff into which of those big plastic colourful recycling thingies, and took a look at the ayuntamiento's answer: Ecoembes - you've seen the ads, now visit the website
Everything you ever wanted to know about how to be a good eco-citizen (well, in terms of recycling anyway) and if you click on the ecociudad link you get to play some funky games while you practice your recycling skills. Handy if your Spanish is as lousy as mine...

Now you have no excuse! Big Grin

Thanks, Jer. Fascinating! It is no surprise, however, (except for that really big carp they found), if you drained the pond in Central Park, I am sure you'd find a lot more than cell phones (is that what "moviles" are?) and garbage. In fact, I wouldn't be all that shocked if they found Jimmy Hoffa there! Eeker
