Pretty cool, I stumbled upon it myself about 1.5 yrs. ago and have not left since  Personally I would make the reservation for new years eve in the PARADOR OF ARCOS DE LA FRONTERA or in THAT OF RONDA super romantic!!! I could say don't reserve and throw caution to the wind but then you would probably come back here to this thread an publicly scold me for your having to sleep in the rental car that night    Seriuously though, if you want to have a nice evening, make the reservation. Hola Fancypants, I agree with Jer, it would be prudent to make a reservation. This is the time of year when families like to gather and it is not uncommon for smaller hotels to close for the holiday season.
