"the man!"

Hey Noviac, not too common and more frequently found in the heavily student populated areas. Argelles & Moncloa have quite a few but that is too far out from Aresol just to do the wash. Your best bet is ONDABLU (see the thread on it HERE) Ondablu has gotten great reviews on this board, just do a SEARCH ![[search]](graemlins/search.gif) on "ondablu" for threads related to it where you can see what others have written. Saludos, jer... p.d. Noviac, I just put 2 and 2 together and figuered out it is you noviaC, the "c" must have thrown me off Should have been easier I know, I must be tired and working too hard.

Yes, you can't go wrong with Ondablu! Jer recommended it to me before I left 2 years ago, and I visited it and loved the place, you can surf the web while you do your laundry. The prices are reasonable, and the place is spotless. They had a very nice attendant that explains everything to you, etc. I highly recommend it! Carmen

Thanks for all that reponded...I did do a quick search and pulled information on Ondablu and got that info in my travel folder! I'm leaving for Madrid in less than a week and I'm finally getting the Spain bug in me (haven't been able to concentrate at work today)! Jer, this site has been great with loads of helpful information! And the added benefit of having such cool members is a plus! **Jer, and thanks for being so patient with assisting George and I with the cell phone rental! Glad you finally figured it out it was me. (And YES - the name "Novia" is my real name..my parents just thought it was a pretty and unique name. Believe me, it confused people when my boyfriend was calling me Novia in the supermarket in Uruguay...and I suspect it will be the same in Spain.) :jeje:
