yeah....sorry for saying this but when i lived there i was going with coat and scarf and the "guiris" where going around in short sleeve, shorts and sandals...so temperature it's quite subjective to what you are used to.
the good thing aboout mallorca is that even in winter the sun warms a lot. that was the thing that freaks out more my friends when they come to see me to madrid.."how it can be soo cold...i mean, it's sunny!"
yep, if it's sunny and not windy it's almost beach weather in october and the sea is quite warm as well. Unfortunately if it's rainy...can be quite chilly!!!
search in weather Yahoo one week or so before you go....i find then surprisingly accurate!

Starwarsfreak... Oh blimey, Mallorca doesn't have that many Internet Cafes??? Doesn't seem right somehow Confused Oh shucks, I knew I should of bought a Laptop before now. I'll have to try all the hotels and see if they have Internet cafes. Roll Eyes

Have just arrived in Madrid one week ago, would have cracked up if I stayed working in TV or tabloids much longer, thanks to EnglishRose for emailing me, still trying to work my way around these sites. Be happy to hear from anyone willing to listen to moans and groans of a Scotsman, although now gonna be teaching English, hope the Spaniards are�t too demanding!!!
