it seems typical of the boom bust nature of office supply, I can't get over how much new office space is going up. Personally I find the towers don't fit well into Madrid, the Caja Madrid towers added something those huge monstrosities don't

Supposedly, there's going to be underground parking and an entrance just for those buildings. We'll have to see how it turns out in the end. Shawn

Apart from the underground parking and access, the area should also clear up quite a bit once they finish the new bus terminal and get rid of the one above ground. From my experience, it's the buses which cause a good percent of the traffic mess in the area anyway, from those who pull into, but don't fit, the bus intercambiador, to those who lumber out of the intercambiador into the traffic. I also understand that a good bit of the traffic destined for the 4 new towers will access them from behind (Sinesio Delgado) rather than in front (La Castellana).

You ain't said nothin' but da thruth boo. It was a pain getting into that intercambiador from La Moraleja. And then to top it all off, having to wait and miss several #27s to get to your next class. I hope they fix that situation soon because it really is a mess. I think that's slated to be finished in 2008, si no me equivoco. Shawn
