Are you in Madrid now? Do your kids speak Spanish? In which part of the city are you looking?
School lets out June 20th, so the camps will start in July. There are many public schools that offer camps. Also museums, theaters, cultural centers, but a lot of these may have already filled up and/or you have to register in person on a certain day.... If your kids can't communicate in Spanish then I would look at the bilingual private schools.
