Sorry, not done a great deal of research, but a Google search tells me that, yes, 28340 is indeed Valdemoro. If you've been out of contact with this person for sometime, it is quite possible that they've been moved. I've never tried to get in touch with anyone in prison before but I imagine that contacting the phone numbers at http://www.prisiones.es/ would be your first bet. I have no doubt the first person you speak to will speak little or no English, but one would hope that they'd be able to pass you on to someone that does speak English. I'd be surprised they'd be allowed cell phones. Having said that, previous Prison Flamenco Championship winners have had their sentences annulled, so nowt would surprise me,.
